¿Que? Transformar la Ex-Hacienda Virreyes en un Museo-Hacienda que nos pueda hablar sobre la historia en el presente, para generar nuevas utilidades, conservando los origenes de este patrimonio histórico. | ¿Cómo? Mediante la Rehabilitación y renovación de espacios, además de la propuesta de nuevas actividades dentro y fuera de la hacienda, contando con unas cabañas y un restaurante mirador en lo alto del cerro de atrás. | ¿Por qué? Queremos conservar la identidad de este patrimonio histórico como lo es la Hacienda además de generar utilidades para el dueño, mediante la arquitectura. // What? Transform the Ex-Hacienda Virreyes into a Museum-Hacienda that can tell us about history in the present, to generate new profits, preserving the origins of this historical heritage. | How? Through the rehabilitation and renovation of spaces, in addition to the proposal of new activities inside and outside the hacienda, with cabins and a restaurant lookout on the top of the hill behind. | Why? We want to preserve the identity of this historical heritage as the Hacienda is, as well as generating profits for the owner, through architecture.
